Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared sweet rice recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Pumpkin & Black Chickpea Masala.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Black Chickpeas ( 300 grams )
- Pumpkin ( 400 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Spices
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So I had soaked the black chickpeas a day in advance so that they would soften somewhat, so now I drained the water from the chickpeas and put them in a pressure cooker and then added thickly chopped onions and garlic cloves on top.

Then I added chopped tomatoes and then green chilies.
After that, I added salt and some water and put it on the stove for about 10 minutes.

After removing it from the weight of pressure cooker, you can see that all the things in it have dissolved and the water that was there has also dried up.
So now here I have added a cup of cooking oil to it and then turmeric and ground red chilies to it.

After roasting the spices, I added the coarsely chopped pumpkin and mixed it again.
After roasting the pumpkin for some time, I added two cups of water to it again and put it on the stove again so that the pumpkin that was there also cooked well.

After about five minutes of normal pressure, when I removed the pressure cooker, you can see that the pumpkin has fully cooked and has become a gravy-like consistency.
Now, I finally added hot spices and fresh coriander to it.
My recipe was completely ready. 🤗
I cooked it in about 30 minutes.
Final Look:
As you can see it looks Perfectly spiced, beautifully cooked and pure comfort.
