Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Egg Tossed Masala Peas, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Chicken Chickpea Yogurt Curry.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ( 500 grams )
  • White Chickpea ( 300 grams )
  • Oil ( 2 cup )
  • Onion ( 100 grams )
  • Garlic ( 1 bulb )
  • Ginger Paste ( 2 sp )
  • Tomato ( 100 grams )
  • Yogurt ( 1 cup )
  • Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
  • Green Chillies
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Hot Spice

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

I soaked the white chickpeas the night before so they would soften, and then in the morning I boiled them and took them out in a basket.

Now I took a mixture of green spices which includes ginger, garlic, onion, green chillies.
I chopped all of them very finely and put them in a pot and then added cooking oil to it and started frying it.
After frying for a while, I added the chicken to it.

While roasting the chicken, I also added tomatoes and ground spices including salt, ground red chilies and turmeric.
I roasted the chicken well.

Now I added a cup of yogurt to it and then added boiled chickpeas to it and roasted them again for a few moments.

Now I added water to it and put it on the weight for three to four minutes.
After removing the weight, you can see that both the meat and the chickpeas are well cooked and a slightly thick gravy has formed.

So finally I sprinkled hot spices and fresh coriander leaves.
So here is my today's recipe. I have served it with soft fresh naan Bread in the final picture.
This hearty chicken and chickpea curry is pure comfort in a bowl.

Final Look:

Tender chicken simmered with soft white chickpeas, slow-cooked in aromatic spices and creamy yogurt until every bite is rich, warm, and deeply satisfying.
Served with fresh naan, it’s a simple yet soulful dish that tastes like home and tradition in every spoonful.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
