So first I took the white flour and added wheat flour to it and then added salt and yogurt to it and kneaded it with lukewarm water.

When I kneaded about 90 percent of the flour, I added oil to it and kneaded it again to form a dough.
I left it for about half an hour and then I made small balls of it. And greased these balls with oil.

After that I spread it with the help of a rolling pin and kept it in the oil until it got hot.
When it got hot, I put it in the oil for just a few seconds and when I changed its side, I took it out of the oil.

So now the puri's are ready, you can see how soft they are on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
Now, let me tell you how to make Suji halwa
Ingredients
- Semolina ( 1 cup )
- Oil ( 1/2 cup )
- Sugar ( 4 sp )
- Water ( 4 cup )
- Coconut & Raisins

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.

So first I put the semolina in a pot and added oil to it and put it to fry and slowly stirred it with a spoon until its color changed.

As soon as its color turned brown, I added sugar to it and mixed both the semolina and sugar well.
Now I added water to it cooked until it thickened.

So now you can see how much it has thickened. Now i added coconut strips and raisins on top of it.

So here this sweet and smooth halwa is also ready. In the pictures below, I have served both these halwa and Puri together.
Final Look:
This freshly fried crispy puri, served with Suji Halwa is a true celebration of comfort and tradition.
The smooth, aromatic halwa melts in the mouth, while the warm puri adds the perfect golden crunch.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
