Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Veg Biryani, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of stuffed potato flatbread.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Potato
- Onion
- Green Chillies
- Carom seeds
- Ghee
- Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
- Green Coriander
- Hot Spice
- wheat flour
Process
Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe of Paratha.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I boiled the potatoes, then mashed them, then added finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped onions.

Now I added the ground spices including salt, red chilli and turmeric and then added the carom seeds and garam masala and mixed all these spices well.
And then finally added the fresh coriander.

So here the mixture is completely ready.
Now it's time to make paratha, so for that first I kneaded the wheat flour and made small balls of it.

I needed two sheets for one paratha, so I took two balls and spread them into a small round shape and now applied a little ghee on them and then poured the mixture I had made on one sheet and covered it with the other sheet.

Now I spread it further with the help of my hands and then made it into a paratha with the help of a rolling pin and then I placed it on the hot Flat Griddle.
When one side was cooked, I changed its side.

Now I applied ghee on the top side and turned it over again.
After about a minute I took the paratha out of the griddle.
So here you can see that my paratha filled with potatoes is completely ready.
Final Look:
You can see how soft and flavorful it looks.
I served it with yogurt and butter, which further enhanced its flavor.
