Sneak and Front Attack
When talking about splinterlands battle, the attacking method is an important aspect that we need to consider in order to get a win. Attacking the front monster is the most easy to use because you don't need any ability to do that, except for melee monsters. Since it's easy to get done, people are often use very hard tank to stand against their enemies, that's why I often use sneak monster to target the main hitter or support of my enemies.
Favourite Monsters
My most favourite monster is uraeus because of the flexibility of it's neutral element. Beside the element, his low mana cost is makes him a very flexible monster on any mana cap rule set as well. The poison ability is very usefull as well because some people are using the back tanker with high armor but very low health.
Next there is silent shavi, because he got high speed that allow him to move faster and have higher chance to evade enemies attack. He also got piercing ability against low health monster that supported by some armor, and he also have great support from the team (i will explain it on next section)
Now for the front attacker, my favourite is doctor blight. Once again, the low mana cost and neutral element is the key because he will be very often available. The affliction is great ability to prevent enemies from healing, and the camouflage is help him to get assasinated early, while bulking with the scavenger ability. He also got the poison to hurt enemies, especially as a counter for monster with low health but high armor.
Harmony of The Team
Beside the monster itself, we need to create a harmony of the team, in order to keep the balance between attacking and defensive side. Example of the harmony of the team for me is explained on the battle below

First there is the summoner that can help against magic damage with the -1 magic damage debuff for all the enemies. He also reduce enemies health by -1 to help the hitter and the assasin to eliminate enemies faster.
Now after reduce the magic damage, comes the anti melee monster with the thorn ability. He also got regen to stand longer on the field, and slow debuff to reduce enemies speed by 1 points.
No need much explanation for this one, because his main function is always as decoy (I don't get the max level with debuff).
Now comes my main hitter. Put him on 3rd because he got high speed to help stand against physical enemies in order the first 2 monster is eliminated.
Here comes another hitter with the sneak ability. Put him on 4rd because I prepared for 2 archer at the back.
He is the main reason why I love dark element beside the silent shavi. His protect is a complement for the anti magic summoner. He also got the inspire ability to boost sneaker attack in order to eliminate enemies faster. Such a great support !
Last there is another ranger with high damamge and poison ability. He is the other option in case enemies got hard monster on the back that takes longer for sneaker to wipe out enemies,
