Hii food lovers, how are you doing? I hope you're all well over there. This is my first post here. I hope you like this post.
Are any of you Korean drama lovers? Or K-drama lover?, let's raise our hands. Haha
As a Korean drama lover, of course we always see Korean food in every episode, right? One of them is fried chicken, isn't Korean fried chicken in the drama very tempting and looks different from fried chicken in our country? Especially when the fried chicken is eaten by our favorite actress. Wow, the desire to try it is increasing. Haha
I've actually tried some fried chicken from Korean restaurants, but this time this restaurant is very different, because all the ingredients are imported directly from Korea. so this is what makes it more special.
As k-drama lovers, it's a shame if you haven't tried their fried chicken, and it just so happens that the Korean fried chicken has opened a branch in Jakarta-Indonesia. And you know what, this fried chicken has been featured in the Korean dramas Crash Landing On You and The King: Eternal Monarch. And this is the fried chicken from BB.Q CHICKEN, they just opened their first store in Jakarta. Coincidentally, my friend holds the store. At least if we can't try it directly in Korea, we can try the branch first.

Since it's only been open for a few days, the store is still quite crowded, you can see my friend even helping to serve his customers.
And I ordered the fried chicken with soy garlic and mala variant, while my sister tried the mala variant too (we came together). But it turns out that when our order came, our food arrived so many times, haha. It turns out that my friend gave us another additional menu to try.
There was mandu (dampling), cheese roll, teokpokki , and 4 pieces of cheeseling and gangjeong chicken and our own order.
All of these chicken variants are very good, they make the chicken skin very crispy, but the chicken inside is still juicy. especially the teokkpokki, even though it is cold, the teokk is still soft and not hard at all, and the sauce is also good, not too spicy or sweet. Since there is a lot of teokkpok sauce, we can dip the chicken or other side dishes into this sauce. It makes the food feel authentic. And this chicken be my favorite.
If this fried chicken is already in your place, don't forget to come and taste it :)
