Does dieting have to last a lifetime?
Sometimes I wonder, but I think the secret is truly enjoying the food I eat. ^^
There are times when I lose control and overeat, or give in to the temptation of dining out. But I always find my way back to this routine and keep going. Most importantly, it tastes amazing—honestly, it's the best!

My diet staples are
Sweet potato (고구마)
Chicken breast sausage (닭가슴살 소시지)
Boiled eggs (삶은 계란)
Cabbage (양배추)
Brown rice (현미밥)

To be honest, it all tastes so good because the sauce is amazing! ^^ With the help of a delicious dressing, I’m happily sticking to my healthy eating habits again today.
