The sky looked pretty this morning with the red from the sunrise leaving a glow around the few clouds in the sky.

The saying goes,
”Red Sky in the morning, sailors take warning
Red Sky at night, sailors delight.”

A half hour later the heavens change with no sign of the red in the clouds.

A blue jay greets the morning from the top of a tall spruce tree.

Looks like those clouds were full of snow. Snow flakes started softly falling.
If you look closely there are fox or coyote tracks in the snow. I haven’t seen the animals for they must come by in the middle of the night. With the snow it is easy to see the different tracks and what animals are around.
