Mango lover look here, this the ultimate mango snack you need

As you know for the past month is mongo season over here in Thai. Which you'll pick up everyday as there's many mango tree around. For my case, apart from picking up, I ate it 2-3 mangoes everyday as there's no one else wanted to eat 😅. So rather than letting those extra mango sitting there got rotten, I decided to go with this...method

So first, you cut and squeeze all the type of cooked mangoes, by hand. Well is more easier and get it done.

Next you'll need a big pan or pot. In order to get all into it. Only mango meat you squeeze earlier. Nothing need to be added.

I use charcoal to cook it slowly. You can use gas stove with big ( after boiled) then change to small fire. From the start you'll need to keep on steering it to avoid stick to pan and grilled.

I bet you all will ask how long do we need to steer? Well I can't tell you how long exactly, but you can stop it once it become sticky like the pic you see. It became sticky because of boiled out the water in mango itself. Now this is the ultimate taste form of mangoes.

Get a plastic and spread it across. Let it dry under sun for couple of hours if your weather there is hot.

After it had dried up, the color will become faded/dark color. Don't worry is still consume able.

Then peel it or cut it into slices according to your liking.

This the slices that I cut.

Look at it, how thin it is. Purely mango slice are in your hand. You can eat it if you want.

Roll it over with your liking shape.

Now, is ready to be served. Chewy and soft like candy. But with preservatives or sugar added. Purely mango. How is the taste? Well is 100% more sweet than mango itself because we mixed up all types of cooked mango into it.

Would you give it a try? Thank you once again and see you around soon.

Mango is my favorite fruit. In the Philippines, summer is mango season where you can buy the most delicious mangoes. The mangoes are in Pangasinan, Zambales, and somewhere in Visayas. You can create many delicacies, fruit shakes, smoothies, cakes, and the like. Take note, according to foreigners, the most delicious mangoes that they taste are found in our country, the Philippines. They call it Mango Manila. 🌷 What you created looks yummy. I will try it one of these days. Thanks for sharing @reidenling90.

Yes, I would give it a try. Here in my country, we have what we call 'dried mango'. Well, as the name implies, it is simply a dried mango so I do not think there's some added sugar in it, but I super like it. Mango is always a favorite here. Thank you for sharing.

Hey, @justinparke here. Sorry for the inconvenience, but my family and I arrived in the USA and for several days we were busy getting over jetlag and visiting family. Now I am back to voting and curating, but will be voting at roughly 50% less than normal until I am caught up again. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope for all to be back to normal within 48 hours.
