Todo empezó el día viernes 13 con el ensayo general previo a la noche final, como iba a ser la camarógrafa tenía que establecer los puntos donde iba a estar, al final estoy no pudo ser posible porque llovió a mares y evidentemente no podía mojar la cámara. 🤦🏻♀️
Estuvimos aproximadamente 3 horas en lugar y los planes de irnos a casa directo cambiaron porque Milen necesitaba comprar algunas cositas y yo quería comprarle un detallito a mi hermana por su cumpleaños, así que nos dirigimos hacia Puerto La Cruz, ah! Olvide mencionar que estábamos en La Pista Padel en Lechería. 🏸🎾
A todas estas la lluvia seguía cada vez más fuerte conforme nos íbamos acercando al Puerto, lo bueno es que cuando llegamos a nuestro destino ya solo quedaba una llovizna muy bajita. 🌧️ Nuestra primera parada fue en La Orquídea para comprar una tela, luego visitamos varias tienditas donde vendían maquillaje y bisutería. Después de varias vueltas di con el lugar y el regalo perfecto para mi hermana, un lego de Cinnamon roll, a ella le gusta mucho construir cositas y desde hace rato quería uno propio para hacerlo, ya que los que siempre armaba eran míos. 😂 Algo que no me espere fue el tamaño, yo esperaba que fuera pequeño, pero no fue mediano. 😳
Para finalizar este recorrido, nos sentamos en un puestesito para comer, porque a este punto eran las 2 de la tarde y no habíamos almorzado, así que compramos 2 jumbos, y estaban buenisimoos.🌭
Llego el día sábado 14 y empezamos el día sin luz,💡 sí un poco caótico, pero por suerte el backstage no iba a ser en casa de la milensita sino en casa de su tío, así que a eso de las 1 me apresure en recoger todo lo que iba a necesitar y nos fuimos. Al llegar allá me quede con su primo y ella se fue a buscar a los modelos, así que para ganar tiempo, preparamos una merienda y justo cuando terminamos llego toda la gente.💁🏻♀️
Para mi sorpresa me toco maquillar a los modelos, no era lo planeado, pero no iba a dejarla morir con algo sencillo, así que nada me puse manos a la obra, maquille a 2 hombres, su maquillaje consto de cubrir ojeras y marcar la mira con delineador, 1 chica, ella si fue maquillaje completo, pero sencillito, al modelo más pequeño solo lo peine, y también termine maquillando a Mafer.💄
La hora se pasó super rápido y no alcance a hacerme mi peinado, por lo que me toco llevar el cabello suelto (el outfit se los dejo para el siguiente post😉).
Después de ir a buscar al modelo que faltaba en el puerto, nos dirigimos al lugar del evento, lo bueno es que llegamos con bastante antelación y junto con mafer pudimos agarrar un buen lugar para los videos y las fotos. El evento comenzó a eso de las 8:30 PM y Milen estaba como de número 7, era una de las últimas, y gente no es porque sea mi amiga, pero sus trabajes fueron unos de los mejores, este top se los dejo para otro post porque se lo merecen, hubieron unos disañadores que se lucieron.👌🏼✨
El evento finalizo a eso de las 10:30 PM, pero nosotras nos fuimos del lugar a eso de las 12 porque primero se llevaron a los modelos, y para finalizar la noche, mientras ibamos a casa tomamos un poco de caroreña y en casa de Milen compartimos un rato más hasta que nos dio sueño. 🤭😴
A pesar de que el día estuvo bastante movido, el resultado valió la pena, todos quedaron bellisimos y ahora puedo decir con orgullo que tengo una mejor amiga Diseñadora de Modas. 🙂↔️💋

Hey friends! How have you all been? I was offline for a week due to some medical stuff—but that’s not what I’m here to talk about today. Instead, I want to share about a beautiful weekend I spent supporting one of my best friends during her graduation fashion show. 👩🏻🎓
It all started on Friday the 13th with the general rehearsal the night before the final event. Since I was going to be the videographer, I had to figure out where I’d be positioned. But in the end, that didn’t happen because it started pouring rain—and obviously, I couldn’t risk getting the camera wet.🤦🏻♀️
We were at the venue for about three hours, and our original plan to head straight home changed because Milen needed to pick up a few things, and I wanted to buy a little gift for my sister’s birthday. So, off we went to Puerto La Cruz. Oh! I forgot to mention—we were at La Pista Pádel in Lechería. 🏸🎾
As we got closer to Puerto, the rain just kept getting heavier, 🌧️ but luckily by the time we arrived, it had turned into a light drizzle. Our first stop was at La Orquídea to buy some fabric. Then, we checked out a few little shops that sold makeup and accessories. After walking around for a while, I finally found the perfect gift for my sister—a Cinnamon Roll LEGO set! She loves building things and had been wanting one of her own for a while since she usually used mine. 😂What I didn’t expect was the size—I thought it would be tiny, but it turned out to be medium-sized! 😳
To wrap up that little shopping trip, we sat down at a street food stand to eat, because by then it was already 2 PM and we hadn’t had lunch yet. We got two jumbos (hot dogs), and they were sooo good!🌭
Then came Saturday the 14th, and we kicked off the day with a power outage—yep, 💡 a little chaotic. Thankfully, the backstage prep wasn’t happening at Milen’s house but at her uncle’s place. So around 1 PM, I quickly gathered everything I’d need, and off we went.💁🏻♀️
When we got there, I stayed with her cousin while Milen went to pick up the models. To save time, we prepped some snacks—and right as we finished, everyone showed up.
To my surprise, I ended up doing makeup for the models! That wasn’t part of the original plan, but I wasn’t about to let her deal with everything alone. So I jumped in. I did light makeup for two guys (just concealer for under eyes and eyeliner to define the eyes), full but simple makeup for one girl, just styled the youngest model’s hair, and I also did Mafer’s makeup. 💄
Time flew, and I didn’t even get a chance to do my hair—so I had to go with it down and natural (I’ll show you the outfit in the next post 😉).
After picking up the last model in Puerto, we headed to the event venue. Thankfully, we arrived early enough, and Mafer and I managed to grab a great spot for taking photos and videos. The event started around 8:30 PM, and Milen went up as model number seven—one of the last ones. And listen, I swear it’s not just because she’s my best friend, but her designs were some of the best. I’ll save that top list for another post because they truly deserve the spotlight—some of the designers really outdid themselves. 👌🏼✨
The show wrapped up around 10:30 PM, but we didn’t leave until midnight since the models were taken home first. And to close out the night, we sipped a little Caroreña on the way back, then hung out at Milen’s place for a while longer until we got sleepy. 🤭😴
Even though the day was super busy, it was totally worth it. Everyone looked amazing, and now I can proudly say that I have a best friend who’s a Fashion Designer. 🙂↔️💋
