Crispy and soft vegetable martabak

Hi hive friends, who here loves martabak, who often eats it? Sweet martabak is indeed very appetizing when we enjoy it, isn't it? But vegetable martabak is no less delicious. Besides being delicious, vegetable martabak is also much more delicious. Immediately, I was eager to enjoy it.

Using the vegetables I had at home, I started preparing the ingredients. Oh, and here I didn't make the flour dough; instead, I used spring roll pastry, which is practical and economical, right?

I always stock spring roll pastry at home, because it's so practical to make it into a snack pastry at home, so we don't have to bother making the flour dough anymore.

It just so happened that the only vegetables at home were mustard greens and carrots, so I immediately took them from the refrigerator and I didn't take 2 eggs from the refrigerator.

This martabak is very practical in terms of method and procedure for making it, besides that the ingredients are also very easy and very cheap.

Materials used

Several sheets of spring roll pastry
2 eggs
3 sheets of Chinese cabbage
1 stalk of spring onion
1 carrot
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp stock


Manufacturing procedure


First


I started cutting the carrots like matchsticks. I also cut the mustard greens into small, thin pieces.

Second


Next, I cut the spring onions and put them in with the vegetables. I didn't forget to add the seasoning too.

Third


I broke 2 eggs into the vegetables and then I prepared the spring roll skin on the frying pan and then I poured the martabak mixture.

After the martabak has been cooked for a while, cover the martabak again with spring roll skin and cook until done.

and this is the result, my vegetable martabak is ready to be enjoyed, grill the martabak according to your taste for the level of doneness, guys,This vegetable martabak is very delicious when enjoyed with chili sauce.
