And tonight I went shopping with my mom and I bought so many cucumbers because cucumbers are cheap now, I thought that tomorrow I would make cucumber syrup Kerok and I think cucumber syrup. If this is very delicious, especially drinking it during the day with hot weather like this.
And finally the next day, towards noon, I immediately made cucumber syrup ice. I don't know what it's called, but usually I call it cucumber syrup ice.
That's what we usually call this very refreshing drink and I often come across this drink when the month of Ramadan arrives. When the month of Ramadan arrives, there are lots of cucumbers sold on the market at very expensive prices because they are sure that there are lots of people interested in cucumbers during the month of Ramadan, while at the moment not many people buy cucumbers like this, so maybe the price is a little cheaper.

materials used
two large cucumbers 1 lime red syrup to taste and I also used a cheese grater because I think the grated cheese is smaller when the cucumber comes out, And you can also use a grater according to your wishes.
manufacturing procedure
First of all, I took the cucumber. Then I peeled all the skin and grated it with a cheese grater until it was all grated and look at the results, it's very beautiful, right?

After everything was grated, I added the syrup and water, then I stirred it until the syrup and water were evenly mixed, not forgetting to check the taste.

After I corrected the taste, it turned out to be still very sweet because I added too much syrup, so I added another glass of water and I also added lime to make it taste fresher.
RESULTS
And this is the final result. I made it just for Bagas because it happened that there were only me and my husband at home.Here I didn't add ice cubes, because I didn't have any ice cubes at home, I just put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and after it was cold, I took it out and drank it with the perfect level of freshness.

Basically, the taste is just right, the sweet taste is a little sour and the cold feeling from the fridge really makes me very comfortable and fresh when I enjoy my cucumber ice cracker.And it seems like I will make it again when my husband and children come home because they are currently outside and it feels like it will be late afternoon or evening before they get home.
