Hi foodie friends, as usual, today I will make a dish for our family's lunch. Today's lunch is chicken, made from chicken which I have previously marinated so that the chicken will last longer when stored in the refrigerator.I will process this chicken into chili lado chicken, the red chili lado is characterized by being slightly spicy with the addition of spices such as chilies, shallots, garlic and fresh tomatoes, tomatoes that have just been picked from my brother's garden.

He planted so many tomatoes in his garden, one of which was this cherry tomato. My mother always bought tomatoes from him, because the tomatoes from his place were given at a relatively cheaper price than at the market.

Yes, that's how it is when we live in a village. In my village, there are mostly many tomato farmers, chili farmers, onion farmers, and also rice farmers, but I myself only grow a few vegetables and chilies because my time is also very limited, so it's a shame I don't plant many plants in my yard.

Chicken with chili sauce is a menu that is very suitable for lunch with super tender chicken meat and also super spicy chili sauce that adds to the pleasure of enjoying warm rice like this.

Curious about the manufacturing process? Okay, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

materials used

250 grams of marinated chicken, 100 grams of red chilies, 5 bird's eye chilies, 8 cloves of shallots, 4 tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp stock

manufacturing procedure

First

You're welcome, I took the shallots and tomatoes for the siomay recipe, cut them into small pieces so they would fit easily in the blender later, then I blended them until the spices were smooth.

Second

After the spices are smooth, I slice the shallots, then I sauté them in a little oil. After the fried onions are wilted, I add the finely ground spices. I cook them until they are done.

Third

While I was waiting for the spices to cook, I fried the chicken until it was brown.

Four

Next, after the spices are cooked, which means the water has reduced and the oil has come out and the chicken is also cooked, then I mix the chicken and sambalado spices.

RESULTS

This is the final result of my sambalado chicken. It tastes spicy and savory and is also very suitable to be eaten with warm rice. You can also eat it like that, but I prefer to eat it with rice because in my opinion, chicken combined with warm rice is a very fitting combination and is very suitable to be eaten during the day.

And I myself can't wait to taste it. It tastes very, very savory and a little spicy, yes, the level of doneness of the chicken is just right. And I'm sure this is a lunch that really whets my appetite. Well, if you want to enjoy a menu like this, don't forget to check out my recipe.
