Stir-fried bihun with Nyemek Shrimp

Hi culinary lovers, today I will make a noodle recipe that I usually fry, but this time I will make vermicelli with sauce in it and with the topping I will also add a little bit of shrimp.So this vermicelli will be sweet by itself.

This Nyemek soup vermicelli is very chewy and also very delicious. Usually I often cook this vermicelli by frying it normally. I don't add any other broth, but this time I really want to eat this vermicelli in the Nyemek version like cooking Indomie Nyemek.

This version of my vermicelli is very easy to make,You only need to prepare one piece of vermicelli and also some spices. We are free to use any spices we like. I only use the spices that come with the vermicelli.

For the final level, I also used some cayenne pepper and tomatoes to add freshness to the noodles, This vermicelli is very suitable to eat when relaxing, it can also be used as an afternoon snack and coincidentally my family really likes this vermicelli fried or made into nyemek like this

I happened to have some rice noodles at home. I also had shrimp, so I combined the rice noodles and shrimp into a super delicious dish that immediately made me want to eat it.

1 piece of vermicelli, 100 grams of shrimp, 6 bird's eye chilies, 2 cloves of shallots, 1 tomato, salt, chili powder

First


For the shrimp, I marinated them first with salt, while the chilies, tomatoes and shallots were finely chopped, then I sautéed them with a little oil and added a little water.

Second


Next I put in the shrimp, then I cover it until the water boils and the shrimp are half cooked.

Third


And after the water boils, I put in the vermicelli, then I also add the spices and chili powder, then I cook until the oil is completely cooked and I serve it.

And this is the result. I served it in a small bowl because there was a little sauce at the bottom, so I served it in a small bowl. The taste of the oil was very delicious and savory, so much so that my family really liked it. My child also really liked it.

These noodles are also very suitable for children to eat or take as school supplies.Since we'll be back to school soon after a long break, I plan to make these noodles as a lunch for my kids, but with the condition that they won't have to chop chilies like they did today. Hehehe
