Healthy is wealth is one of the important sayings in the world. Without being alive and healthy, our wealth and resources will have little or no value to us at all. We should cherish our health and work harder to promote and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We are fully responsibility for our health. Apart from the genetic component, every other factors depend on us solely. How we live our lives should portray what we are want and appreciate. Our choice and decisions forms the habits that influence our healthy living and the benefit are numerous.

Avoid unnecessary risks and challenges that can compromise our health. In the times of money making and pleasure seeking ventures, many have been harmed and are suffering. Even many adopted such lifestyle for immediate happiness and fun but it affects their lives.

Factors that Promote our Health.

These are factors to be considered when promoting our health and cherish our life is very important to us. They have been verified to be trusted and practising them will stabilize and promote our health. Those factors includes.

Eating rightly.

Our food forms the prominent factor that can mar or promote our health. Good food contain enough minerals nutrients needed by our body for healthy living.

Selection of food and it's ingredients solely depend on us. Our age and health conditions should be considered because what others enjoy and feed might not be healthy for us. Fruit and vegetables contain minerals and nutrients which upbuild our body and maintain our defenses against diseases should always be considered while Junks will be avoided for healthy living.

Drinks are included when foods are discussed. Moderate drinking should be uphold at all times. Alcohol content will be considered for our health reasons. Drinking of safe and pure water should be regular and enough because of its importance. Proper treatment of water protect us from water borne diseases and infectious diseases. Water is needed for our body metabolism and helpful for our growth.

Good food needed to be prepared and served properly. It should be safe for consumption. Cleaning and washing our body, clothes and environment is very important to be safe and healthy. Utensils used for food production should be treated properly and our environment kept calm so that our health will be cherished.

Regular and Proper Exercises

Keeping fit should be one of our resolutions and goal. Exercise is very important as it promotes healthy living and should be included as our lifestyle.

Exercises should be properly administered to avoid being injured. Everyone should choose from the various forms of exercise, the most suitable type because it will be more helpful than just doing anyone. For example, swimming is for everyone because of its health benefits but a better form of exercise for fat and chubby people as research shown.

Regular exercising our body improves our fitness and defenses against diseases. It should be friendly and simple. It helps our bodies and it's parts to workout and be stress - free. We can start small and build it up as the time goes.

Sleep well.

In our sleep, our body becomes relax and refreshed for more activities. Sleep is very important as it improves our concentration and focus needed for better performance.

Sleep should be regular and not denied. Our thinking capacity improves when we are relaxed and we can do better too. Having sleep debt contribute to stress and other challenges that affect our well-being and healthy living.
