I think the same habit of deleting browser history should apply whether the person is using their or someone else's device. 🤔🤯
On Brave Browser, the person can choose to delete history for 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or 1 decade (or technically all history), so if the user wants to delete browsing data within the past 2 hours, then either they select "1 day" (which will also clear other data) or manually delete every visited site and their corresponding cookies. 🤯😅

What I wanted to say on my previous comment was that web browsers should allow the user to choose a specific length of time (precise down to the last minute) how much of the browsing history will be deleted. 🤯😅

I think that the phrase "losing an account" has (at least) two meanings - one is forgetting the password (and/or username), and the other is having unauthorized access to the account. 🤔🤯
The default settings should still be easy to use, since I assume that more than 90% of web browser users would not need such fine control (and might even be confused with it). 🤯🤓
