Making dishes out of homegrown vegetablea and fruits is the best! That spicy mango salad is mouthwatering! I love eating unripe mangoes and that salad really fascinates me! Plus the purple eggplant stuffed with pork is a must try recipe. Thank you for giving me another idea for an eggplant dish!
