If you want a decadent dessert, try this viral dessert!
The last time I made this dessert, I skipped two ingredients because I wanted fewer calories.
The ingredients to the Chocolate Strawberry with Kataifi & Pistachio Cream are:
Butter Kataifi Pistachio Cream Dark Chocolate Pistachios
In a pan on medium heat, melt the butter. Toast the kataifi till golden brown and crispy.
Take the pan out from the heat. Add the pistachio cream, and mix well until combine.
In a bowl, put the chocolate chips and butter. Melt in a double broiler or the microwave. Stir well.
Chopped some pistacio nuts
Haul and slice the strawberries.
We are ready to assemble our dessert!
Layer the dessert as follows: strawberry, chocolate, kataife & pistachio cream, and chopped pistachios. And then repeat.
Cut-up strawberries.
Melted chocolate.
Kataifi & pistachio cream.
And chopped pistachios.
YUM! It cannot be better than this!
This dessert is calorie-dense... eat at your own peril, LOL! An alternative is to skip the chocolate and the butter altogether, like this recipe HERE.
