This ain't land! You can still play them as well as stuffing them into a wagon. They will hop out to play for you.

I only wish we could rent them as well as adding them to Wagons, Rebellion cards, even at low level rent well.

In the past we could and didn't need to use vouchers to buy these wagons. It's a case of 'things are getting worse for us, the players'.
