Regardless, fish and chips is one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten.
I don't know how healthy it is. First, the fries, well, are familiar, but the fish is prepared in a more special way than the familiar one. At least I think so. In Bulgaria, people eat mostly just fried fish. Or grilled. Without that huge and greasy breading.
When the fish is fried, it is simply rolled in flour, and then when it is removed from the pan, this flour is no longer noticeable. Well, I think this is the traditional way of eating fish here, I'm open to debate if you have any other observations.
Then, eating fries with vinegar, well, vinegar is generally good. But do you know what combination this is for the body: fried and vinegar, lol?
But anyway, I'm not going to miss an opportunity to eat fish and chips from now on. 😊
