Royal tasting unique yet nutritious pabda fish roast recipe

And not everyone can cook this delicacy. But if we try, we can make delicious dishes at home.Today I cooked Pabda Fish Roast for lunch as a delicious dish. The royal taste of this roast refreshes the mind with a plate of hot rice. So let's see today how to cook this royal tasting Pabda Fish Roast.👇


Ingredients:


  • 4 pabda fish-(total weight 600 grams)

  • 1 cup onion paste

  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon cumin paste

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • 2 teaspoons green chili paste

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder as needed

  • Soybean oil for cooking

  • 1 bay leaf


Method:


  • First, I cleaned the Pabda fish nicely

  • First put the pan on the stove and add soybean oil and when the oil gets hot, add the onion batter

  • Then I added bay leaf, salt turmeric, ginger, cumin, garlic paste and green chili paste

  • Then add 1 cup of water and grind the spices

  • After that, when the water is drained, shake the fish well and cook it again with water

  • Then after cooking well for 15 minutes

  • Now I am ready to serve the pabda fish roasted.

Apart from this, being a low-fat fish, it is very beneficial for everyone's body. Provides energy to the body and helps supply various nutrients.
