Some of the time, I do too. Going way pass my normal range of what foods to eat, it makes me feel really guilty sometimes lol. But I always shake it off with the idea that it's temporary, I'll get back on track soon. Sometimes, I do, fairly quickly like a couple of days or a week. Other times, it takes almost a month!

Yeah I hear that guilty feeling! I get it too, as do most people I think. It's challenging that it takes time but usually we get back on track. The fun part about being human, right?
