


Before the fruit starts to spoil, I cut it into cubes, squeeze lemon juice over it, pack it in small bags and put it in the freezer. When I feel like eating “ice cream”, I take out that one bag, add yogurt, blend it and there you have a healthy and delicious dessert. This time it was apples, bananas and strawberries. For those with a sweet tooth, instead of yogurt, sweet cream.
