I admit that the first time I ate it was in a salad when we went for tapas somewhere. That was the very first time in my life I tasted it but I remember taking a bit including walnut and some other ingredients making it so tasteful, I was a fan since.
Later I ate it in another salad but heated up with toast and that made it even better.. it's indeed a perfect explosion of taste if you ask me.
