I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Many people that I know have been going through really challenging, even quite difficult, times lately (the last few years, really), myself included. Under such conditions, in such situations, and with such experiences, it's all too easy to sink into an abyss of despair, depression, and hopelessness. Even in the darkest times, however, there is still always some beauty, and things for which to be grateful.
Intentionally focusing on that beauty, and on the good and positive things and people in our lives, is indeed a skill, and one that can indeed help see us through the rough patches. Keeping the majority of our focus on the beautiful things, while facing the difficult bumps in our path with as much peace and calm as we can muster, and doing our best through it all, is how to find and maintain inspiration and motivation in our lives when we feel like giving up.
Keeping a positive focus on gratitude is not just so that we feel better. It can and does have a truly profound effect in our lives, as I can personally attest. It's certainly not easy at times, though, and that's where discipline and will come in, to gently, yet firmly, bring our attention back to where it is most effective and useful.
Self-disciple, in its truest sense, is an expression of self-love and self-care. What better manifestation of love, both for ourselves and for others, to have than a disciple for gratitude? Our minds are powerful tools, and where we choose to focus them, in large part, gives us the experiences of our lives, so mastering our focus is essential.
Even when things are so not easy, fun, or enjoyable in my life, I am still deeply grateful for so many different aspects of my experience. I'm grateful to be able to live as I want, naked and barefooted, deep in nature and close to earth, with a very large degree of freedom and self-determination. I'm grateful for Hive, Bastyon, and Qortal, and their incredible communities. I'm grateful for the women with whom I work in sessions. I'm grateful for my laptop and phone, which allow me to work with amazing sovereignty-driven technologies. I'm grateful for the Flow House, that is my sanctuary and workspace. I'm grateful for my health, vitality, resilience, and strength. I'm grateful for The Great Awakening, the fall of the cabal and their satanic slave system, and the clarity to discern through it all. I'm grateful for my mission and purpose that I'm here on earth at this time to contribute. And I'm grateful for the awareness of the power of gratitude in my life. Gratitude, always!
Yesterday, Tuesday, while it started in a super challenging manner, actually turned out to be a pretty lovely day. I had a session with Emily, after I finished up my Hive tasks, from 2PM to around 5:30PM, that went very well indeed. I really enjoy working with Emily, and she loves the work that I do, so it flowed beautifully well. After she left, I quickly got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of Melochia leaves for cow-milking food, as it was beginning to get dark, finishing just in the nick of time. Once I had that done, I took a shower, collected my jar of kefir from the Landing fridge, and made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by around 11PM, and after some token management, and working on finding ways to help resolve the Qortal network issues (an old bug combined with some intentional network attacks crippled the Qortal network for several days), I finally went to bed around 12:45AM, which was way too late. Sadly I did not sleep well, yet again, waking up around 7:30AM, still feeling that I needed much more sleep, doing more token management, beginning on this post, and then getting out of bed around 8:30AM to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk the cow with Jo(hanna). Milking went smoothly, and after a quick shower, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1PM, so a great time to end this post, so that I can get to my few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to first take more photos for these posts, strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's expression of this post! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
