I want to talk about street food, but especially about an emblematic street food from the Venezuelan East, such as the “Cachapa” that we see it in family restaurants, every day we see it in franchises, in street vendors (such as hot dog carts), in delivery and also breaking borders outside our country.
Near my house there are several small shopping malls, which have small fast food and street food stores, which we usually order by delivery to eat at home.
But today, if I approached to see how small they are, you can see it in the pictures, this place is called “Ahumados Gril House” and has two attractions: “Attention and Excellent Food” so I highly recommend it. Its menu is specialized in Venezuelan food, it is very wide although its base is always the cachapa and we can eat there or by delivery.
My mom and I ordered a cachapa with guayanés cheese and another one with guayanés cheese and chorizo, they came with a small container with custard and although they were for one person, we both left and ordered to go, but everything was super tasty.
In the restaurant they were broadcasting a UEFA soccer game and Portugal won. There were only a few people but more and more were arriving because it was almost the end of the afternoon and those of us who live in this area went out to see what we could eat in these little places.
Te quiero hablar de comida callera, pero en especial de una comida callejera y emblemática del Oriente Venezolano, como lo es la "Cachapa" que igual la vemos en locales familiares, cada día la vemos en franquicias, en vendedores ambulantes (como los carritos de perros calientes), en delivery y también rompiendo fronteras fuera de nuestro país.
Cerca de mi casa hay varios pequeños centros comerciales, que tienen pequeños locales de comida rápida y callejera, que usualmente pedimos por delivery para comer en casa.
Pero hoy, si me acerqué para que vean lo pequeñitos que son, lo pueden ver en las fotos, este local se llama "Ahumados Gril House" y tiene dos atractivos: "La Atención y la Excelente Comida" así que lo recomiendo muchísimo. Su menú es especializado en comida venezolana, es muy amplio aunque su base siempre es la cachapa y podemos comer ahí o por delivery.
Mi mamá y yo pedimos una cachapa con queso guayanés y otra igual con queso guayanés y chorizo, venían con un envase pequeño con natilla y aunque eran para una persona, ambas dejamos y pedimos para llevar, pero todo estaba súper rico.
En el local estaban transmitiendo un partido de futbol de la UEFA y por cierto ganó Portugal. Habían pocas personas pero ya estaban llegando más y más porque ya era casi el final de la tarde y las personas que vivimos en este sector salimos a ver que comemos en estos lugares pequeñitos.
