As I have mentioned in previous posts about One Satrio Park, there are many food stalls or restaurants there. Each restaurant has its own uniqueness. When I go there continuously I always want to try every restaurant. One of them is this Ramen restaurant. It is really unique in terms of interior and brand name. When I was there, this restaurant was very crowded so it was difficult for me to take pictures of every corner.
This restaurant is called Ultramen. Yup, you must be immediately reminded of the superhero series Ultra Man, right? You're not wrong, this restaurant is indeed inspired by the cartoon. In addition to the name, they also decorate the interior of the restaurant like a cinema that shows popular films, but the title is changed to ramen, for example, Lord of The Ring is changed to Lord of The Ramen.
And then… This is the Ramen from Ultramen…
I ordered the dry ramen carbonara menu. At first I wanted to order the soup, but I was curious about this Ramen Carbonara. So yeah, this is the menu I ordered at Ultramen.
This Dry Ramen Carbonara contains chicken katsu, fried egg, sliced spring onion, crackers, and of course curly yellow noodles. From the appearance, this Dry Ramen Carbonara is so tempting.
You know that in a Ramen restaurant like this there will always be two types of noodles, namely Curly noodles and Straight noodles. I always order a ramen menu with curly noodles. There is no special reason other than for me curly noodles taste better than straight noodles. The appearance of Curly Noodles is also more attractive to me. So, through these photos, do you agree that curly noodles look more attractive?
Ultramen is not the only ramen brand that is popular because of its diverse menu variations. Ultramen's competitors are Ramen Ya!, and Ramen (the brand is just called Ramen). Maybe you can add other brands that are similar. But I just want to compare the three brands. All three have the same concept. I'm worried that the founder of these three brands is the same person. Anyway, Ultramen is delicious, but the appearance of the bowl is not bright enough. However, the interior of the restaurant is superior to the other two competitors. Very unique!
