As you are already posting in two languages (Spanish and English), which we find very good, it would be wise to put the English version in your title also.
Many users decide to open the article based on its title, and although there is a [Esp-Eng] label signaling that the text will be in English as well, many will skip it just because they don't know in advance what the article's subject will be.

We believe it's important and also somewhat common logic. But you can test it and see for a couple of posts. (It probably wouldn't show any significant change on the first post, although it might.) However, if after some time you find it useless, you may always stop doing it.

And yes, what happens is that I am in an official group of new people in Hive and well the recommendations they give us are those, to place the titles in Spanish, and the content as such that has its translation. However, today I asked early about this point about the titles and they told me that I could also include the translated titles, only if their length does not exceed the character limit (if the title to be translated is not cut off). So, when I apply I will be waiting to include those translated titles :3

Great! By testing and tweaking, maybe shortening your titles a bit (less descriptive, more to the point) you will find your way. 😃
