Hello Hive 家人～🥂
今天是我在Hive的第50天打卡！刚好赶上一顿特别的午餐，又恰逢另一个个人的小里程碑——学习葡萄牙语整整400天啦！🎯📚 今天必须记录一波！
📍地点：Mario Restaurante Bar
基本上所有餐厅都去过了，最终选择了Tete 一家有调性的西餐厅，气氛chill到不行～今天朋友请吃饭，说是要“慰问在异国苦战的灵魂”，于是我们边吃边聊，像久别重逢的老同桌😄
🍽 点的菜超级丰盛：龙虾🦞、披萨🍕、鱼肉煎盘、再加上我今天的心头好——图一中的“宝藏肉串”✨真的太绝了！木板＋摆盘＋酱料组合，那阵仗不是来吃饭，是来“看展览”的😂（其他图是家里其他几位大厨的作品，发布以示纪念和尊重，视觉享受生活😊） 就是这种“细节控”的执念，打动了我。这就是为什么我唯一把这个独特的画面记录下来，不是最贵，但却牢牢被我收入相册，成为记忆里的“小钩子”啦🥳
🌟我们两聊的主题也很有意思：
“什么才是独一无二、无法被复制的价值？我们都是跨文化组织的人事操盘手，但在组织当中如何找到自己的稀缺价值和让自己的价值增长”
像这盘肉串，别家也能做，但只有它用这种方式让我拍了照、记进了Hive。其实我们每个人的人生，也都在创造自己的“专属摆盘”。
我突然意识到，自己这些年在海外打拼，从HR制度培训到文化传播，再到语言学习——正是靠这些独家习惯，一点点建立起“不可替代”的存在感。
📚顺便庆祝一下：葡语学习400天达成！🎉
每天写句子、翻译练习，哪怕下班再累，也至少坚持一小段输入和输出。
就像今天我边吃饭边跟服务员寒暄，还顺手写了一句纪念句：
“Uma boa comida pode encher o estômago, mas uma boa conversa enche o coração.”
——“一顿好饭能填饱肚子，但一场好聊才能填满心。”
说着说着，我和朋友都被这顿饭感动了😆！我也祝贺他能够早日成就自己的事业成为A总，我也希望自己养精蓄锐，自己主动去做事，发现问题，解决问题，而不是被领导安排任务，这是两种截然不同的结果，我们祝彼此高处见，掌控自己的人生节奏吧！

Hello Hive fam! 🥂
Today marks my 50th post here on Hive, and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious lunch and a personal milestone — 400 days of learning Portuguese! 🇵🇹📚 Let’s toast to that!
📍Location: Mario Restaurante Bar
This cozy Western-style restaurant in Tete has such a chill vibe. A friend invited me out, saying it was time to “recharge the soul of a warrior battling abroad.” 😄 And yeah, it felt exactly like a long-lost reunion over good food.
🍽 We ordered a feast: lobster 🦞, pizza 🍕, grilled fish, and my personal favorite — the magical meat skewers (pic 1)! Served on a wooden board with artistic plating — not a meal, more like a mini exhibition. 🎨
Call me detail-obsessed, but it’s exactly this kind of thoughtfulness that gets me snapping and saving memories in Hive.
🌟Over lunch, we talked about something deep:
"What makes you rare and irreplaceable in a world full of templates?"
As HR practitioners in cross-cultural orgs, how do we grow our unique value — not just fit the mold?
That meat skewer? Others can replicate it. But this one? Only this restaurant made me care enough to capture and remember it. Just like in life — we’re all crafting our own "signature platter." 🥰
📚Oh, and did I mention? 400 days of Portuguese learning!
Even after long workdays, I squeeze in writing or translating daily.
Like today — I chatted with the waiter and scribbled this line:

“Good food fills the belly, but good talk fills the heart.” 💬💖
We both got a little emotional by the end of lunch 😆
I wished him well on his dream to become CEO-A, and he cheered me on to keep creating instead of waiting, solving problems, not just reacting. That’s a mindset shift — and we both agreed:
