breakfast with very delicious mushroom dishes

Hello

How are you all? Happy Friday, I'm happy to meet all my friends in this community again. A few days ago, I bought mushrooms at the market for our family's breakfast.

Around 9:00 PM, while I was at my business, my wife called and asked me to buy tempeh for our breakfast side dish. I immediately said "okay." After closing, I immediately went to the market not far from my place. This is a vegetable shop that sells vegetables day and night.

I saw mushrooms that the vendor had just brought in, very fresh. There were three types of mushrooms: the first was a local straw mushroom, and the other two, I don't know the names of, but they weren't local. I bought two types: the straw mushroom, which is definitely delicious, one imported mushroom, and a piece of tempeh. When I got home, I immediately stored these mushrooms in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.

This morning, I entrusted my wife to cook these mushrooms. I think breakfast is more delicious when stir-fried, but making soup might not be quite to my taste. After that, I immediately went for my morning workout.

When I got home from my workout, my wife had prepared a mouth-watering breakfast dish of stir-fried mushrooms. I love mushrooms, so every time I see mushroom dishes, I always feel salivating and want to eat them immediately. Sure enough, with the first bite, I could taste the deliciousness of the mushrooms, which immediately tickled my taste buds. The spiciness of the green chilies made the taste even more delicious.

Actually, mushrooms are delicious any way they're cooked, but I admit there are also those who don't. Mushrooms have become easy to find in my area because they're sold at the market, so I no longer have to go to the trouble of searching for them in rice fields, straw piles, or forests.

Hello, dear friend @yuliadi.

How wonderful that you got fresh mushrooms!

That dish looks absolutely delicious.

Enjoy!

Hello too, thank you friend, it is really very delicious.

Enoki are one of my favorites especially when found in the wild. They look way different in the wild as they are bright orange and slightly slimy. We call them winter mushrooms since they only grow during the first snow of winter.

maybe the weather in my area does not support the growth of this mushroom, I bought it at the market
