Good afternoon, FungiFriends!
Here is my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw :)
On one of my weekend walks, I came across these little friends huddled together, shoulder to shoulder... it was like a small forest and I was a giant! I felt a bit like the protagonist in Jonathan Swift's "Gulliver's Travels"!
Have you ever felt like that? More often than not, we feel like tiny beings when we're faced with a fantastic occasion or a manifestation of Mother Nature... It often happens to me when I go to the seaside, or when I'm watching an electrical storm outside the window... all those flashes of lightning and thunder over 80 dB are impossible not to over-elativize, right?
Well, this time it was exactly the opposite. Some of the people who were with me that day even wondered when they saw me genuflecting with my cell phone almost touching the cobblestones that stretched out above our feet. Well, fantastic nature doesn't always allow us to remain unchanged when we're paying attention... In fact, there are few things greater than nature to impress us and make us dream... And in the few minutes I spent photographing these gems, I traveled... I reduced myself to the size of those mycotic "little trees" and imagined myself looking at their delicate hats. And I immediately asked myself: How is it possible for such delicate living beings to throw themselves into life and risk everything among the cobblestones?
Surely, even if they knew that their existence could be ended, just because a heavier human or dog accidentally puts the sole of their shoe or their foot pads on them? Taking a chance... Reach high. That's what I should do more of, risk more and without fear... without fear of losing, because if we have nothing, what can we lose?

I thought the detail of such tiny beings was fantastic... and I traveled in my imagination for five minutes. I hope you enjoyed it too.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all #FungiFriday friend's a wonderful weekend!
