Como les comentaba en un post anterior, hace unos días fui a una cafetería con estilo asiático realmente hermosa donde a demás de disfrutar de una rica merienda, tuve la oportunidad de comprar un buldak que de hecho hace mucho quería probar.
La verdad es que ya antes había tenido la oportunidad de probar el sabor "spicy chicken" con maiz, sin embargo, no pude probarlo bien ya que en ese entonces se me dió por añadirle toda la salsa picante (me quedó de experiencia) y fue imposible comer. Así que está vez decidí comprar el Buldak con sabor a "Hot chicken" y ver qué tal, este tuve un valor de $22.000 pesos colombianos ($5.28 dólares).
Estaba entre la opción de Carbonara, cuatro quesos o este de pollo picante, pero al final me decidí por la última opción. Prepararlo fue bastante sencillo solo debía calentar 600ml de agua y una vez rompiera hervor puse a cocinar por 4-5 minutos los fideos, luego retire el agua y está vez añadí solo unas gotas del sobre rojo que vendría siendo la salsa picante y créanme que solo esas goticas fueron suficientes para que prácticamente me aguara el ojo jajaja, por último debía añadirle el sobre que decía "flake" que vendrían siendo las especias y revolver.
La verdad es que no me gustó mucho está opción, me pareció bastante insípida, lo único que se podía apreciar era lo picante por lo que al final decidí añadirle un poco de queso mozzarella para darle un toque de sabor. Hablando con una amiga me dijo que la mejor opción para probar de Buldak es el de queso así que quizá le de otra oportunidad más adelante, pero bueno, por lo menos ya sé dónde conseguir está marca de fideos.
