¡Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que estén bien y que hayan tenido un lindo fin de semana. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios. Les cuento que hace unos días tuve la oportunidad de pasar una tarde bastante linda y diferente. Una costumbre que estamos tomando en casa es que un día del fin de semana lo tomamos para comer algo delicioso y en este caso, aprovechamos para degustar y disfrutar de ricos postres.
Mientras pensábamos en opciones de restaurantes para disfrutar de nuestros postres me acordé de este que es bastante famoso en la ciudad, lleva por nombre "Dulcerna" y aunque existen algunas islas en los centros comerciales, también podemos encontrar los puntos de restaurante que son más amplios y realmente hermosos, tienen una decoración en tonos dorados y negros que lo hace lucir bastante clásico pero moderno y elegante, a penas entre pude observar el espacio con todas las tortas y postres disponibles, así como también pude admirar el mini bar que en lo personal fue mi parte favorita.
Una vez nos ubicamos en nuestra mesa la mesera nos hizo entrega del código QR donde pudimos ver el menú que de hecho es bastante variado, tienen desde entradas hasta platos fuertes y cócteles, pero como nosotros queriamos disfrutar de un postre nos centramos en esta parte por lo que yo me decidí por una porción de trufa de chocolate la cual venía con capas de ganache de chocolate y el bizcocho de chocolate que la verdad pensé que sería más húmedo ya que tenía una pinta increíble, sin embargo, me sentí un poco decepcionada al comer el primer bocado.
Por otra parte, mi suegra se decidió por una porción de flan de caramelo que ese si estaba realmente delicioso y Fer, se decidió por un frapuccino el cual compartimos entre todos y nos ayudó bastante ya que a demás de que tenía un sabor súper rico, nos refrescó y nos cortó el sabor empalagoso del dulce.
En lo personal, el lugar me encantó, los postres se ven super provocativos, pero la trufa que degusté no fue realmente mi favorita, sinceramente, he probado mejores. Pero bueno, todo es cuestión de gustos. Sin duda, me encantó visitar este restaurante y disfrutar de una tarde diferente. A few days ago I had the opportunity to spend a very nice and different afternoon. A habit that we are taking at home is that we take one day of the weekend to eat something delicious and in this case, we took the opportunity to taste and enjoy delicious desserts.
While we were thinking of restaurant options to enjoy our desserts I remembered this one that is quite famous in the city, it is called "Dulcerna" and although there are some islands in the malls, we can also find the restaurant points that are more spacious and really beautiful, they have a decoration in gold and black tones that makes it look quite classic but modern and elegant, as soon as I entered I could see the space with all the cakes and desserts available, and I could also admire the mini bar that personally was my favorite part.
Once we were at our table the waitress gave us the QR code where we could see the menu which is actually quite varied, they have from appetizers to entrees and cocktails, but as we wanted to enjoy a dessert we focused on this part so I decided on a portion of chocolate truffle which came with layers of chocolate ganache and chocolate sponge cake that I really thought it would be more moist as it looked amazing, however, I was a little disappointed when I ate the first bite.
On the other hand, my mother-in-law decided to have a portion of caramel flan, which was really delicious, and Fer decided to have a frapuccino, which we all shared and which helped us a lot because it tasted super delicious, refreshed us and cut the cloying taste of the candy.
Personally, I loved the place, the desserts look super provocative, but the truffle I tasted was not really my favorite, honestly, I've tried better. But well, it's all a matter of taste.
