These past few days have been so much fun—I made desserts to share. A basic vanilla batter was the star of the show; I love using this batter because it pairs perfectly with any topping.

There were three delicious desserts:

1- Vanilla cake with chocolate chips, topped with milk caramel spread. This dessert was perfect for celebrating three birthdays on the same day—a fantastic moment surrounded by camaraderie and joy.

2- Vanilla and chocolate chip cupcakes, filled with white chocolate ganache, topped with white chocolate ganache and milk caramel spread—this is the perfect dessert to share with friends, paired with a nice frothy latte.

3- Vanilla cake with raisins and candied fruit, covered in chocolate—this is the ideal snack for hot afternoons, perfect with a glass of iced tea.

Estos días han sido divertidos, hice postres para compartir, la elaboración de una mezcla básica de vainilla fue la protagonista de todo, me gusta utilizar mucho esta mezcla porque es perfecta para combinar con cualquier cobertura.

Fueron tres postres deliciosos:

1- Torta de vainilla con chips de chocolate, cubierta de dulce de leche, este postre fue perfecto para celebrar tres cumpleaños en un mismo día, un momento fantástico rodeada de compañerismo y alegría.

2- Cupcakes de vainilla y chips de chocolate, rellenos de ganache de chocolate blanco, con cobertura de ganache de chocolate blanco y dulce de leche, este es el postre perfecto para compartir entre amigos, con un buen café con leche espumoso.

3- Torta de vainilla con pasas y frutas confitadas, cubierta de chocolate, esta es la merienda ideal para tardes calurosas, perfecta con la compañía de un té helado.
