I could never make caramel sauce perfectly, somehow mine is always burnt. It could be the heat that I am was using? anyway I'll be making this, I love sweet stuff and I'll make sure not to mess up my caramel sauce :D

Mac 💙, with caramel sauce, it's all about the heat, one technique that works is to take the pan off the heat, stir and then put it back on. This can be done repeatedly, to avoid overheating. If you have a love for sweetness, you will enjoy this. When you make it, let me know how it goes.
