Definitivamente uno de mis amores es la comida, me encanta disfrutar de deliciosos platillos y si es con la compañía de mi familia mucho más, en esta oportunidad tuve la dicha de degustar el delicioso pollo a la Broaster que ofrece Olivas Self Service, fue una experiencia magnífica que estuvo llena de mucho sabor y hoy la comparto con todos ustedes! 🍗✨

Definitely one of my loves is food, I love to enjoy delicious dishes and if it is with the company of my family much more, this time I had the joy of tasting the delicious Broaster chicken offered by Olivas Self Service, it was a great experience that was full of flavor and today I share it with all of you! 🍗✨
Al llegar pedi el combo directo al mostrador, el mismo está formado por 1 pollo a la Broaster, arepitas, ensaladas y refresco por 15 dólares, procedí a pagar mientras que mi hija se fue a jugar a un pequeño parque que es parte de Olivas y luego de cancelar me senté junto al resto de mi familia: mi mamá, mi hermana y mi esposo en una mesa a esperar la comida.
Olivas Self Service is a great restaurant located at the fair level of the Hipergalerias shopping center, specifically in the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, this restaurant offers food by weight, desserts, drinks and now they have a new service for combos of chicken Broaster, just this combo was recommended to me for its excellent price and taste so I came in the company of my family to have our experience.
Upon arrival I ordered the combo directly at the counter, it consists of 1 Broaster chicken, arepitas, salads and soda for 15 dollars, I proceeded to pay while my daughter went to play in a small park that is part of Olivas and after canceling I sat with the rest of my family: my mom, my sister and my husband at a table to wait for the food.
El olor y color del pollo era perfecto, al probarlo estaba exquisito, doradito por fuera y jugoso por dentro, muy bien cocido y condimentado, me encanto el sabor de la corteza porque se sentia un ligero toque de pimienta, realmente estaba muy bueno. En cuando a los acompañantes las arepitas estaban un poco saladas sin embargo no fue impedimento para degustarlas, la ensalada si estaba estupenda, los vegetales frescos y el aderezo muy rico.
We waited about 15 minutes for the food and a waitress began to bring the order in parts, first she brought the drinks, glasses and plates, then she brought a tray with the chicken, salad, arepitas and cream of tartar as a dressing for the food.
The smell and color of the chicken was perfect, when I tasted it it was exquisite, golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside, very well cooked and seasoned, I loved the taste of the crust because I could feel a slight touch of pepper, it was really good. As for the side dishes, the arepitas were a little salty but it was not an impediment to taste them, the salad was great, the vegetables were fresh and the dressing was very tasty.
The size of the chicken was quite generous so we were all satisfied, the price and quality of the product was quite right, so it was certainly a good experience to taste this combo of Olivas, so if you are in Cumaná I invite you to taste all the wonders that this restaurant has for you.️As always it was a pleasure to share my experience with you!✨ Thank you for reading me!
