Hello Everyone, Greetings! It's me again 'Rin-rin' — and today I'm gonna share about what I've learned about how to bake Ensaymada. I hope you have a spare time to read my blog for today— if you would be so kind I would greatly appreciate an upvote and reblog.
Here are the Ingredients of making Classic Ensaymada:
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 2tsp of yeast
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 2 ½ cups of Flour
• ½ tsp of salt
• 3 tbsp butter/margarine (45g)
Toppings (optional) :
• Butter/Margarine
• Sugar

We gave to mix the Wet ingredients first:
Milk & Yeast, then gladly mixed a minute, next is sugar (2tbsp & ¼cup) repeat mixing for 60 seconds— then add salt and mix again, then add egg.
After mixing altogether thoroughly, Pour the Mixture into the Bowl of flour and mix it thoroughly. afer mixing, we'll be kneading the dough till all dry and not sticky anymore.
The mixture we'll be not as the same as the dinner roll, it will be wetter.
we're kneading the dough for more than 30 minutes because if the dough is still sticky it'll be hard for it to be form in the next procedure.
After kneading the dough, let it set for 30 minutes. After the setting time you can take it out and weight them around 49-50g then form them.
afterward, We cook it in the oven for 15-30 minutes around 350° F, later on— while the bread is still hot we brushed some butter and sprinkle sugar for the toppings.
This is the finished product.
