I remembered my mom each time before in our home in the province. We were still growing up I have 5 siblings so because I was skinny while growing up. Our mother thought that the Liver is good for me . So each time we would killed and cooked a chicken ,Mom would give me the liver. During special occasions like fiesta or wedding’s mom would asked the cooked if they have a recipe that has a liver? Then she would feed it to me. In my mind before, its okay I would eat the liver but I would also eat the other dishes. Now that I am a mother, I learned the benefits of eating liver. SO, I cook it once a week for my family.. I hope you like my simple recipe today , simple but very yummy and nutritious that is really good especially to our students that spend more time on studying their lessons. As a mom I make sure my daughters have food ready on the table when they arrive home from school because we all know that from school students feel starve. Serving them good nutritious food is one way of showing them our love and care for them. Pork liver is really good for the immune system especially to our growing children or students. For me, at least once a week I can can feed them this kind of food. Remember; too much of everything is bad. So let us give them food in moderation.
