Road to HiveFest, let’s eat here toghether![Eng][Esp]

Hey there you all, I’m on my way!
Well I’ve been on the way since a few weeks now hahaha 🤣

Lately, I've only been talking about my tattoos 😎 I still can't get over the excitement, ha ha ha, but the truth is that a lot has happened and I don't have time to catch up on everything.

Sometimes I think I'd like to have a couple of clones, so I could be consistently present in everything I'd like to be. Those who know me know what I'm like. Believe me, I try to do my best whenever I can, so I apologize for any mistakes.

Anyway, I've fallen in love with Guatemala, and that's all thanks to @buttcoins and the incredible #HiveHubGuate project, ha ha ha. I've been there for the agreed three months and well... I'm going back! 😍 As soon as #HiveFest is over.

Of course, before I left, I left some #worldmappin stickers in the corridors leading to customs control at Guatemala City airport, so there's no doubt that we're there!

I already had my ticket back to Spain for this time of year, so I took the opportunity to spend a few days with my family and tell them that I'm planning to go to Guatemala for a long time (no idea how long, but hopefully a long time). Not surprisingly, everyone was a little shocked by this decision, but I'm happy and the people who love me always support me.

Últimamente solo he estado hablando sobre mis tatuajes 😎 aún no supero la emoción jajaja pero la verdad es que han pasado muchísimas cosas y no me da la vida para ponerme al día todo.

A veces pienso que quisiera tener un par de clones, para estar presente consecuentemente con todo lo que me gustaría. Los que me conocen saben como soy, créanme que intento dar lo mejor de mi siempre que puedo, así que perdón por los fallos.

En fin, que Guatemala me ha enamorado y eso es culpa de @buttcoins y el increíble proyecto de #HiveHubGuate jajaja he estado allá los tres meses acordados y bueno… ¡voy a volver! 😍 Tan pronto como termine el #HiveFest

Por supuesto, antes de irme dejé algunas pegatinas de #worldmappin en los pasillos que hay hacia el control de aduanas en el aeropuerto de Ciudad de Guatemala , que no quede duda que estamos allí!

En principio yo ya tenía mi pasaje de regreso a España para estas fechas, así que aproveché para pasar unos días con mi familia y darles la noticia de que me pienso ir una larga temporada (ni idea cuanto, pero espero que mucho) a Guatemala, no es de sorprender que todos hayan quedado un poco en shock con tal decisión, pero yo estoy feliz y la gente que me quiere siempre me apoya.

I arrived in Zaragoza just in time to enjoy the Pilar festivities. October 12 is a famous date in Spain, and Zaragoza is the epicenter of the celebration.

I came to eat the usual delicious food, as usual, and, of course, to meet up with @palomap3 to catch up on life and continue working on the next @Buzzparty in May, which will take place in Alicante. By the way, I can offer some complimentary tickets to anyone interested who comes in person to ask, to see who reads my blog.😉

Below is a photo of a very sweet mocachino I had with a plum and another of the typical dessert of the season, the Manto de la Virgen del Pilar, which is very good and I couldn't miss the opportunity to eat some.

Llegué a Zaragoza justo a tiempo pra disfrutar de las fiestas del Pilar. El 12 de Octubre es una fecha insigne en España y Zaragoza es el epicentro de la celebración.

Vine a comer las cosas ricas de siempre, para no perder la costumbre y, por supuesto, a encontrarme con @palomap3 para ponernos al día de la vida y seguir trabajando en la próxima @Buzzparty de Mayo que tendrá lugar en Alicante. Por cierto, alguna entrada de cortesía puedo ofrecer a algun interesado que se acerque en persona a preguntar, a ver quien me lee.😉

Aquí abajo les dejo una foto del un mocachino muy goloso que me tomé con ploma y otra del típico postre de la época, el Manto de la virgen del Pilar, que está muy bueno y no podía perder la oportunidad de comerme alguno.

It was a long journey from Central America to Europe, but with enough rest to recharge my batteries and embark on my trip to Southeast Asia.

Who would have thought! It sounds great, it's a plan that many of us dream of realizing, but it's hard to believe it's possible. Here I have to thank the super team at @worldmappin who have supported and encouraged me to represent them in Kuala Lumpur and to work live, together with all the event attendees, on this beautiful project. So here we go, with too much energy to share.

Today, Tuesday, I've already been traveling for about 16 hours since I left Zaragoza for Madrid and boarded the first flight that brought me to Doha, So while I wait for the three-hour layover in Qatar to pass before taking the next plane to my final destination, I've decided to sit down and tell you my story, ha ha ha, because of course, we all know that when we go to a #Hive meetup, our excitement gets the better of us and we can't talk about anything else, ha ha ha.

But anyway, now I'll tell you how the trip went, because since I've been at Hive, I've discovered that writing while I travel makes the journey seem shorter and much more entertaining. Let's start with the great views I found in the waiting room at Madrid airport. There was delicious Serrano ham all around, tempting me to leave the boarding line and go eat a sandwich, ha ha ha.

Fue un viaje largo el de Centroamérica hasta Europa, pero con un descanso suficiente para renovar energías y embarcarme hacia el sudeste asiático.

¡Quién lo diría! Suena genial, es un plan que muchos soñamos materializar, pero que cuesta creer posible. Aquí tengo que agradecer al súper team de @worldmappin que me ha apoyado e incentivado a representarlo en Kuala Lumpur y a trabajar en directo, junto a todos los asistentes del evento, por este proyecto tan bonito. Así que aquí vamos, con demasiada energía para compartir.

Hoy martes ya llevo unas 16h de viaje desde que salí de Zaragoza hacia Madrid y me monté en el primer vuelo que me ha traído hasta Doha, así que mientras espero que pasen las 3h de escala en Qatar, para tomar el siguiente avión hasta el destino final, he decidido sentarme a contaros mi historia jajaja porque claro, todos sabemos que cuando vamos a un meet up de #Hive, las ansias pueden más que nosotros y no podemos hablar de ninguna otra cosa jajaja.

Pero bueno, que ahora les cuento como ha transcurrido el viaje, porque desde que estoy en Hive he descubierto que escribir mientras viajo hace que el trayecto se me haga más corto y que me resulte mucho más entretenido. Comencemos por las buenas vistas que me encontré en la sala de espera del aeropuerto de Madrid. Buen Jamón Serrano a los alrededores, tentándome de salirme de la fila para abordar e ir a comerme un bocadillo jajaja.

I also remembered the @tattooworld community a lot, because at this time last year, I was in tattoo hunting mode with the challenge they proposed for #HveFest in Split. I haven't seen if they'll be proposing the initiative again this year, but here's a wink from me haha. There were many other tattoos to hunt, but I'm traveling a bit loaded and discretion is not something I'm very good at.

Between waiting to board, the ham legs that were everywhere, and leaving home so early without time to eat anything reasonable, my stomach and head were already starting to bother me, so by the time I got on the plane, around 3 p.m., I was starving, haha.

Luckily, shortly after takeoff, they gave us a small snack and I tried Tiger beer for the first time, quickly spotting the name of my destination, "Kuala Lumpur," among the places highlighted on the can!

At least I didn't have to wait long to eat, because I had started watching a movie to distract my mind from hunger, but it turned out to be a comedy about an Italian family who were eating and eating all the time.

However, just half an hour later, they were serving food and I was able to satisfy my appetite. I chose the chili con carne option, which was very good. It came with a small bread roll that tasted strongly of aniseed and a dessert made with mango, I think, which I really liked.

Afterwards, I ordered a coffee, which was served with one of those cookies that are usually super sweet, and I continued watching the movie more calmly, no longer envying the protagonists for having so much delicious food on their table. I wanted to entertain myself for a while to try to nod off a little before arriving at the stopover. I figured I wasn't going to get much sleep and would probably be in zombie mode during the welcome cocktail. 🤣

También me acordé mucho de la comunidad de #tattooworld, porque en esta época del año pasado, estaba en modo cacería de tatuajes con el reto que propusieron para el #HveFest en Split. No he visto si este año volverán a proponer la iniciativa, pero aquí les dejo un guiño de mi parte jaja había muchos otros tatuajes que cazar pero estoy viajando un poco cargada y el disimulo no es algo que se me de tan bien.

Entre la espera para abordar, las patas de jamones que estaban por todos lados y el haber salido tan temprano de casa sin tiempo de comer nada razonable, mi estómago y cabeza ya comenzaban a molestarme, así que para el momento de subirme al avión, sobre las 3 de la tarde, ya estaba famélica jajaja.

Por suerte poco después de despegar nos dieron un pequeño snack y probé por primera vez la cerveza Tiger, en la que divisé rápidamente el nombre de mi destino: “Kuala Lumpur”, entre los sitios destacados en la lata!

Al menos no tuve que esperar mucho para comer, porque me había puesto a ver una película para distraer mi mente del hambre, pero resultó ser una comedia que giraba en torno a una familia italiana que estaba comiendo y comiendo todo el rato.

Sin embargo, solo media hora después ya estaban sirviendo la comida y pude aplacar mi apetito. Elegí la opción del chili con carne que estaba muy bueno, venía acompañado de un pequeño pan que tenía mucho sabor a anís y un postre a base de mango, creo, que me gustó mucho.

Después me pedí un cafecito, que me sirvieron con una de esas galletas que suelen ser súper dulces, y seguí viendo la peli más tranquilamente, ya sin envidiar a los protagonistas por tener tanta comida deliciosa en su mesa. Quería entretenerme un rato para intentar cabecear un poco, antes de llegar al lugar de la escala. Me daba a mí que iba a dormir muy poco y que, seguramente, estaría en modo zombie durante el cóctel de bienvenida. 🤣

The truth is that I only slept for two hours. On such long flights with 10 people per row, it's impossible for everyone to be friends with silence or tranquility. However, it was the least turbulent flight I've had in years. We'll see if I can sleep a little more on the next flight.

At least we had a second hot meal too, a BBQ chicken sandwich with a hint of sweet cinnamon.

We arrived in Doha on time and without any problems. We disembarked very quickly, and it was easy to find the gate for my connecting flight without having to go through any immigration procedures. Connecting to the Wi-Fi is very easy, and you don't have to register, as is often the case at other airports. It's quite fast, without a doubt.

All you have to do is get off the plane and start walking through the enormous Hamad International Airport, at which point you easily slip into full tourist mode. Well, at least for me, visiting this airport for the first time, it's hard not to be amazed by all the luxury and impressive infrastructure around me. So, even though I hadn't planned it at first, I'm going to leave a bunch of pictures of the airport here, because I think it's a nice memory to have a glimpse of what I found attractive the first time I was here.

There are things I didn't expect, like the many luxury car dealerships and all the people around taking pictures, or that there was an Oreo bar, which I had never seen before. Others didn't surprise me as much, like the fact that there was a typical Venchi ice cream shop, but without a chocolate fountain—come on!

La verdad es que solo dormí dos horas, en estos vuelos tan lagos con 10 personas por fila es imposible que todas las personas sean amigas del silencio o de la tranquilidad, sin embargo, ha sido el vuelo con menos turbulencia que he tenido en años. Ya veremos si en el siguiente vuelo puedo dormir un poco más.

Al menos tuvimos una segunda comida calentita también, un sándwich de pollo bbq con un toque a canela dulzón.

Llegamos a tiempo a Doha y sin problemas, desembarcamos súper rápido y fue fácil ubicarme para encontrar la siguiente puerta d mi conexión, sin tener que pasar por ningún proceso migratorio. Conectarse al wifi es súper fácil y no te pide ningún registro como suele pasar en otros aeropuertos, bastante rápido sin duda.

Solamente hay que bajarse del avión y comenzar a caminar por el enorme aeropuerto internacional Hamad, momento en el que fácilmente uno entra en modo turista total. O bueno, al menos yo que visito por primera vez este aeropuerto y es difícil no sorprenderse con tanto lujo alrededor y tan impresionante infraestructura, así que, aunque no lo había planeado al comienzo, voy a hacer dejar aquí un montón de imágenes del aeropuerto, porque me parece un bonito recuerdo tener la visión de lo que me pareció atractivo la primera vez que estuve aquí.

Hay cosas que no me esperaba, como el montón de venta de coches lujosos y toda la gente alrededor sacando fotos jajaja o que hubiese un Oreo bar, no había visto uno antes. Otras no me sorprendieron tanto, como que hubiese una típica ladería de Venchi, pero sin fuente de chocolate, come on!

The central garden is the most dazzling feature, of course: The Orchard, a beautiful structure that is hard to miss. It is a truly beautiful space that makes spending time in such a congested area much more pleasant.

There are also many curious works of art, such as a vertical water fountain that falls down the press, which I particularly liked because it is relaxing. Then the playgrounds have structures that are quite sober for children, and some even seem creepy, ha ha ha.

I've had a great time wandering around here and taking photos while I write this. Right now, there's still a little time before they call me to board my flight to Kuala Lumpur, so I hope I'll have enough energy to tell you tomorrow how my arrival turns out. For now, I think I'm going to rest my eyes from the screen and keep an eye on my boarding gate. I'm very happy and excited to meet all the attendees and continue the journey!

El jardín central es lo más deslumbrante por supuesto, The Orchard, una estructura preciosa difícil de perderse. Es un espacio realmente bonito y que ayuda a que pasar el rato dentro de un espacio tan congestionado resulte mucho más agradable.

También hay muchas obras de arte curiosas, como una fuente de agua vertical, que cae por la pres y que en lo particular me gusto mucho, es relajante. Luego los parques infantiles tienen estructuras bastantes sobrias para ser destinado a niños y algunas parecen hasta creepies jajaja.

Me lo he pasado muy bien dando vueltas por aquí y sacando fotos mientras escribo esto. Ahora mismo queda todavía un poco de tiempo para que me llamen a abordar el vuelo con destino Kuala Lumpur, así que espero tener suficientes energías para narrar mañana como terminará siendo mi llegada. Por los momentos creo que voy a descansar la vista de la pantalla y estar atenta a mi puerta de embarque. Estoy muy contenta entusiasmada por encontrarme con todos los asistentes, a continuar la travesía!
