RE: Tiramisu: A Name That Makes You Love It Even More / ティラミスの名前の意味を知ってますます大好きに

That looks delicious. I just made one yesterday! I'd been mulling the raw egg issue over for a while, but decided to go for it. I read that the original Italian style only contains the eggs, sugar and mascarpone, but I needed the fresh cream! It's still in the fridge right now as I wanted to let all the flavours blend for 24hrs but there will be a post later about whether it was delicious, and/or gave the family salmonella! I can buy bottles of pasteurised egg yolks, but they are so expensive.

Best wishes to you and your family.

So it'll be Tiramisu day for you 😁 I didn’t know there is bottled pasteurized egg York. In Japan it’s quite well controlled and safe so we eat raw eggs on rice 🍚 Ja but I know it’s not common and I understand there is a risk.

Good luck and I’m sure you enjoy your Tiramisu! I look forward to reading your post 😊
