I don't think that very many people are going to be prepared for societal collapse. I am better-equipped than 90% of the people that I know and honestly, don't think I would last very long. Like I think you have mentioned before in previous posts, I think that phase one would be for me to get out of the metro area that I currently reside in. It's time to actually do it though instead of just talking about it.

I really do not know what will happen with society.
In America, it is going to be cities against rural America.
Can you imagine Anti-Fa getting all angry! "We are going out there and stomping those MAGA asses!" And then, after hours of driving, they reach a small town. And no matter what they do to the town, they will soon find out that each farm house is "turn off the paved road". They can't do anything. Maybe they would set some barns on fire. Or maybe they will all be shot.
But, what this leaves is a bunch of angry punks, stuck in a city, with no real enemy to fight. The poor city.
So, leaving the city, unless it is a majority red city, is a very good thing to do.
Take your cryptos, as they skyrocket this bull run, and go buy yourself a nice place. You may even be able to retire.
