As someone who loves making bread, this is really interesting and new to me. To be honest, I like bread with a lot of holes so all your photos look delicious!

Might spelt flour be good for making Ciabatta, I wonder?

There are some bread lovers on Hive such as @breadcentric , @apsu , @shanibeer , @neumannsalva ... I think many more.

I like bread with large bubbles inside too. It's not practical to put on spread at all but even though 😁
