A few days ago, I had a work meeting and decided to grab a coffee and hold my meeting in a pleasant spot away from the daily noise at home. I went for that delicious Mocaccino but since I arrived at lunchtime, I ended up staying all afternoon.
When I arrived, I was very thirsty due to the hot weather we’ve been having lately, so I ordered a refreshing lemonade to start organizing the important points I had pending for the meeting.
The place is very quiet; even though it has a family-friendly menu, I was able to sit at the best table in the whole place without anyone bothering me.
The tables had fresh flowers, which I really appreciate because they give the place a minimalist style—exactly what I look for in a spot where I’m going to enjoy a good meal.
They brought me the menu, and the salads caught my eye. I ordered a Caesar salad with an extra serving of crispy chicken and a strawberry smoothie.
The chicken was cooked to perfection; you could even see how crispy it was. The vegetables were perfectly arranged, and the dressing was just right in both flavor and quantity. I always drink my beverages without sugar, and everything was prepared exactly as I ordered.
The moment I tasted this delight, I involuntarily closed my eyes and let myself be enveloped by all the delicious flavors and aromas that characterize Casa Matina. I savored every bite.
The table setting looked so cozy, and the service was wonderful. The waiter was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable so I could enjoy my lunch.
There’s nothing like a pleasant place where you can enjoy good food, an excellent atmosphere, and a coffee that makes you want to come back soon—and where time definitely flies by. It didn’t even feel like I was working.
This chain is located in two strategic spots in San Cristóbal. It operates as a café at Sambil and as a restaurant in the heart of the city in Barrio Obrero. Both locations are fabulous.

Saludos amigos amantes de la buena comida! Hoy me paso por aquí para contarles como fue mi experiencia almorzando en uno de los más populares lugares de la ciudad de San Cristóbal, en el estado Táchira de Venezuela, acompáñenme y les cuento sobre la ensalada César con pollo Crispy de Casa Matina.
Hace unos días, tenía una reunión de trabajo y decidí ir por un café y tener mi reunión en un sitio agradable y lejos del ruido cotidiano de casa, fui por ese delicioso Mocaccino pero como llegué a la hora del almuerzo me quedé toda la tarde.
Cuando llegué tenía mucha sed por el clima acalorado de estos días, pedi una limonada refrescante para comenzar a organizar los puntos importantes que tenía pendientes para la reunión.
El lugar es muy tranquilo, a pesar de tener un menú familiar pude estar en la mejor mesa de todo el lugar sin que nadie me molestara.
Las mesas tenían flores naturales, cosa que aprecio mucho porque le dan al sitio un estilo minimalista que es lo que busco en un lugar donde voy a disfrutar de una buena comida.
Me trajeron el menú y las ensaladas me atraparon. Pedí una ensalada César con un adicional de pollo Crispy y un batido de fresa.
El pollo estaba en su punto, el crocante incluso podía percibirse visualmente. Los vegetales perfectamente acomodados y el aderezo perfecto de sabor y cantidad. Mi bebida siempre la tomo sin azúcar, estaba todo preparado tal y como lo pedí.
Al momento de probar esta delicia, involuntariamente cerré los ojos y me dejé envolver por todos estos sabores y aromas deliciosos que caracterizan a Casa Matina. Disfruté cada bocado.
La mesa servida se veía tan hogareña y la atención fue maravillosa. El mesero fue muy atento y se aseguró de que estuviese cómoda pra disfrutar de mi almuerzo.
Nada como un lugar agradable donde se pueda disfrutar de buena comida, excelente ambiente, un café que te hace querer regresar pronto y seguro que las hora se pasan volando. Ni siquiera parecía que estaba trabajando.
Esta cadena está ubicada en 2 sitios estratégicos de San Cristóbal. En modo cafetería en el Sambil y en modo restaurante en el corazón de la ciudad en Barrio Obrero. Ambos lugares son fabulosos.
