As I promised yesterday, today I have a nice surprise for you! I will share a recipe for a very easy to make and very tasty summer sweet.
You can eat it all year long, but it tastes better in the summer. It does not need an oven, it is instant, has many variations according to preferences and it is .. tasty!
Instant Cheese Cake! (sort of)
What you will need
- yoghurt (500 gr)
- condensed milk (500 gr)
- Cookies (I used petit beurre but you can use whatever you want)
- marmelade (only if you want)
- Pepper (or any pet) to confirm that it all goes according to plan (Optional)

It is best to have everything you need before hand.
I use glasses for this sweet, because it has a nice look, plus you can serve this individually. However, you can also use a large bowl and keep it in the fridge to cut it for the individuals you will offer to.
Before everything else, we break the biscuits.
I prefer larger pieces, you can do what is best for you

Then you put the yogurt and the condensed milk to a bowl and mix it gently until it becomes homogenized.

After that, you can simply improvise!
You can put biscuits or cream at the bottom.
You can mingle the biscuits and the cream.
You can make layers - cream - biscuits - cream and so on

I forgot to mention that if you pet comes to check it out for you, you allow them to do so :)
(Actually Pepper was too quick, hahahhaa)

If you want, you can add marmalade of your taste as a topping, or even in between the layers!
When I make those sweets, they only make it to one day of life (actually a few hours)
