A few years ago I made lilac juice, then I made juice from Rallarros. Both were good but not for juice, but very good with Groggvirke which is vodka or other spirits with lots of ice then it tastes very luxurious!
We don't have a tradition for syrup!

I love Vodka, so I will be adding the Lilac syrup to a few cocktails this summer. I might have to pick some more blossoms to make some Lilac sugar too .

Hello again, you may not know what ragwort is? The Latin name for Chamaenerion angustifolium, it has an interesting flavor!

You're right, I have never heard of Ragwort. There is always something new to learn about. ♥
