It's a delicacy, you can also make pate with it at the same time,
Boil 2x minced pork belly, a piece of liver, and a piece of raw lard, grind everything, add salt, pepper, basil, rosemary and ground nuts. The glasses are filled and it is boiled in a steamer. Approximately one hour.
