Hi Everyone,

One of the most anticipated things I love going to Thailand is have all the yummy food this country offers. This time I tried Chareon Gang at Empshere. Being alone is easy, just walk in and order what I fancy. Located on the G Floor of EmSphere in Bangkok, Charoen Gang offers a contemporary take on classic Thai curry dishes but I was more interested in their other dishes on the menu.

The menu at Charoen Gang features a variety of traditional Thai curries and dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients given the famous brand. You can choose dishes individually or like me choose 2-3 dishes at a slightly higher price including rice. I like to try a few of them so ordered the variety option. I have chosen the pork and bitter melon soup, garlic chives with pork liver and fatty pork with egg.

While prices are slightly higher than typical street food, the quality and taste justify the cost. The meals really felts like it was home cooked especially the soup, you cannot taste any msg, it was made with the actual ingredients. The pork liver was super fresh with the combination of garlic chives, much needed vegetables on this trip. The fatty meat with egg was fine though I would try something else next time over the meat. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try a variety of high quality Thai food.

Thailand has so many different kinds of foods. Not just sole foods but everything is surprising. I love how people are very creative when it comes to making recipes

In a world of culinary Thailand has a spot, for Thai foods is delicious and uses herbs that is good for the health too. Mostly yummy foods are costly but it was worth the price.
