Spent a morning at the garden centre. So many plants! This was Frosts at Willington, Bedfordshire, but there are places like this all over the UK.
Very big and diverse garden with different plants and colors. Pink, Orange, GREEN...
I would have a lot of fun going to places like that. I would definitely leave with some seedlings to take home to plant hahahaha...

Old mining town Jerome, Arizona in 2011. The Jerome Grand Hotel can be seen on the hill in the distance. The hotel is an old hospital where up to 9,000 people were said to have died. Extremely haunted if you believe in those kind of things. 👻
What a beautiful place with such a grim history. That's a lot of dead people. Then again, it was a hospital, so the odds are stacked against the residents.
Yeah, being a mining town there were probably a lot of injuries. Lots of deaths in the operating rooms on the 3rd floor from what I read.
Look, you have to be honest. Maybe I wouldn't sleep in a place where thousands of people died. If I saw a shadow or something like that, I would run away from that place. LOL

It's a strategically placed tree, so it worked out great as a frame of reference. This bridge was built between 1930-1932, so it has the Art Deco stylings of that era. I'll have to take a closer look one of these days.

if we have this in the keychain it be incredible. I even managed to create a project here that does an "installation" via inno script of a javascript code, but in this case it needs the active key to make the PU, so putting this online I don't think anyone will trust it haha

Quero muito que esse projeto se torne logo me realidade. Talvez seja uma ótima "ferramenta" para popularizar a Hive.
Sim, o exemplo do "cartão de crédito" é algo que os BRs já entenderiam melhor (embora a resistência sobre permanência na Hive ainda continuasse sendo um desafio a ser vencido).
Já li alguns posts falando sobre isso. Uma proposta que está em andamento. Muito provavelmente ainda irá demorar para ser uma realidade, mas não custa sonhar... Haha!

Well, since performing the daily PU automatically is complicated by the active key, I'm going to test it on my PC for the time being. It's already doing the PU, in this case a scheduled task which, whenever I log on, calls js and checks whether I've done the PU today or not.

If Hive's reward system disappeared tomorrow, would you still post? Would you still put in the same effort you do now?
it's a good question, and I'm sure many people would spend a long time thinking about it. I think that one of the great differentiators of hive is precisely the reward system for generating content, something that on web2 is a lifelong struggle to achieve and not here.
I think I'd still post but I think I'd be more aware of the time and effort put into things. That would probably push me into prioritising the few web2.0 platforms that have ad revenue programs as well to try to monetise these interests. But I'd still have fun writing sometimes
That's true, I was thinking about it until I got home, I think I'd keep writing but I'd certainly cut back and I could focus on X, for example, which also has monetization, although there and youtube, for example, it's a bit difficult to get the criteria to monetize.

Well, we have challenges, I think people end up getting tired of posting, creating content and all that, and I think there's also the idea of making up for it, for example being here for 5 years posting and not getting paid much, that can also have an influence, demotivate you
This is a great question. For me the answer is yes. But I also feel like we need to start really focusing on non-monetary rewards too. The beauty of Hive isn't that everybody will earn money, but that nobody is prohibited from earning money, like every web2 platform.
I'd still do the same. Although HIVE has been a great financial help, I enjoy writing. Before I joined the previous platform, I had a free blog on WordPress where I shared my thoughts. Engagement was rare. Steemit was a good place, but HIVE is even better... :)
I used to write daily before Steem or Hive, and it was months of no rewards at first here, so, I could handle it at just that level and keep the readers and friends I love here. But I would power down and convert a lot to HBD savings just so I can privately bless other Hivers.

Digibyte was a solid project ... if they decide Hive is a fit, that could indeed be a good thing!

Hive shouldn't be all about monetary rewards IMO. That's one of the factors that led me to consider a new reputation score based on connections between people.
