Every blog post on skatehive (hive-173115) we render as a magazine page with a flipbook effect in skatehive.app. Now every magazine page (hive blog) can be converted to a Zora Carrousel Coin with a Card Cover. Here is my first markdown coin card whatever (we need marketing people to phrase that hehehe)

Cardio this morning, 4 x 4 intervals. Four (4) minutes hard effort then three (3) minutes of recover. Looks like my heart rate monitor got a bit wonky one one of the intervals. During the intervals my goal is to hold 90% to 95% of max heart rate.

There are a lot of things to like about America, but its foreign policy is not among them. This militaristic attitude has been turning inward as well, also growing for decades under both parties.
This slaughter has been supported by Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, Obama, Trump, Biden, and now Trump again, yet most Americans don't know anything about it beyond the film Black Hawk Down and telling libertarians if we hate government so much, we should move there.
Uh-huh, I'm aware. I find it ironic that Trump sets himself as the great peace-maker.
The sad part is in comparison to many recent presidents, his first term was relatively (not that this is saying much...) noninterventionist. He failed to end a lot of conflicts, but he also didn't start many new ones. That this is a "peace record" is sad. He has done worse now.
We have Somalian communities in England, and I think the Netherlands is one of the other places where people have been able to settle after fleeing the conflict. The stories from refugees are very stark.
There were many Somalian immigrants in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I wonder why people from sub-Saharan Africa were relocated to a part of the world that literally gets arctic temperatures every winter. The buildings have the world's largest skyway network to avoid the cold!

The reply must be upvoted by the peakd snaps account in order for it to get an award. I think only happens for top-level snaps. It isn't a rhetorical question, it is more of a poke the crowd, because there are a lot of people posting on snaps.

Fabulous ballet The Midnight Bell, based on a novel by Patrick Hamilton (also wrote Rope). Lots of lovely 30s songs, beautiful costumes, sets and lighting, wonderful dancers. Had chocolate ice-cream in the interval 😂.
