No, you just spent two hours looking through the giant bag of cables, cords, and tech that is ancient in the hunt for a firewire to usb cable to connect a very old hard drive on the off chance that a video from a family wedding from 15 years ago is stored in it's dusty data. You.
Naturally in a bag that has everything. Anyone need an original iPhone charging cable? You didn't find what you needed. Then realized you could have just ordered the cable for tomorrow deliver. So you do. Now where was that smart decision-making two hours ago?
There have been times when I needed a cable and I know I have one or three of them, but for whatever reason I cannot find the cable bag/box or I had seen it before and thought, "Oh, I'll need that so let me put it somewhere safe so it doesn't get lost in the mess of cables." And wherever that "safe" place is must be somewhere that even I cannot recall where it is. So in essence it is totally safe...from me. Sigh.

Adam Sandler did a lot of sports movies. My favorite was Hustle where real NBA players and coaches acted in the movie.
I haven't seen that one because it's very recent and doesn't seem like a comedy, but it still catches my attention.
Hustle was a good one... having real NBA personalities in it made the basketball scenes feel much better.
Sports and comedy is a fun combination... Adam Sandler fits that style really well. 😁

Navigating life is like walking a path. You have an idea of where the path leads to but you don't know if it'll actually take you there. What's that one path you took that worked for you? It could be career, or anything

For me, it is getting a job, and saving up that money. I am just looking for a suitable business to invest. I might think of investing here on Hive, but first, I really want to go with something more physical.

About that, I would love to mention education. Yeah, I took that path and it worked out. Next is what I saved up for, and just like you said, I know what exactly it is I've saved up for, but if it will be all worth it at the end of the day is the thought.
You're right when you say that navigating life isn't straightforward. I mean, none of us have experienced life before, so it's okay not to know the end point. But one thing we should prioritize is having a vision of where we want to be, and walk/work towards that path.

Also, for me, I think finding my foot in helthcare will always be the deal for me. It will always work for me.
But I'm particularly more interested in the tech of other things, especially as someone still living in this country.
Because I'm scared to fail I end up making mistakes. So I decided to believe in myself and trust my decisions. Sometimes there are some setbacks, some are not perfect but from my mistakes I was able to correct what went wrong.
And every mistakes makes me better.
It taught me...
That the path may be rough but courage, hope, believing in myself is all I need to keep moving.
Okay well getting into school I had the passion to be a medical doctor what a lot of things went wrong along the line and I switch to public health I've not forget it that decision to date.
Right now navigating into AI and digital content creating is something I'm really really proud of I see myself doing very well .
Life is not some smooth ride all the wayyyyyyy, bed of roses and so on.
I rather see it as a rollercoaster. Twists and turns, ups and downs, lefts and rights is what defines it. No one really knows how long the distance is or just how fulfilling the finish line will be but that notwithstanding, we keep moving. 🙂
That path for me, will be in the area of self development. Reading, to be specific.
They say, don't count your eggs before they catch but for this, I counted and why is that?
I strongly believe that one can never go wrong with reading more.
